3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as communicated at the time of enquiry. An enquiry submitted through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or email after advance payment is received.
- The property reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- Prices quoted are per booking/slot and may vary based on season, dates, and group size.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read carefully: Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The following general guidelines apply.
- Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Full advance refund (minus processing charges, if any).
- Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of advance payment refunded.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No refund on advance payment.
- No-show: Entire advance amount is forfeited.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. In case of natural calamities or government-imposed restrictions, alternative dates will be offered at no extra cost.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM (noon) | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- The primary guest must be 18 years of age or older to book and check in.
6. Guest Conduct & Rules of Stay
All guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities, and fellow guests. The following rules apply during your stay:
- Noise: Loud music or disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
- Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is permitted within the property premises responsibly. Public intoxication or disorderly conduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any enclosed area of the property.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property without prior written permission.
- Outside guests: Day visitors beyond the booked group size must be declared and approved in advance.
- Illegal activities: Any illegal activities on the premises will be reported to the authorities and will result in immediate eviction.
- Property damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, sports equipment, or facilities during their stay. Damage charges will be assessed and recovered from the security deposit or directly.
7. Sports Facilities & Safety
Green Haven Sports Farm House provides cricket pitches, badminton courts, swimming pool (if available), and other sports amenities. Use of these facilities is at the guest's own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool and sports areas.
- The property does not provide trained sports coaches or lifeguards unless separately arranged.
- Guests with medical conditions should consult their physician before participating in sports activities.
- The property is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising from the use of sports facilities.
- Sports equipment provided must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was provided.
8. Events & Corporate Bookings
The property is available for private events, corporate team outings, birthday celebrations, and family gatherings. Event bookings are subject to a separate agreement that will be shared at the time of confirmation.
- Decorations must not damage the property's walls, ceilings, or fixtures.
- Outside catering or event vendors must be declared in advance and are subject to property approval.
- The property is not responsible for the quality or services of any third-party vendors arranged by the guest.
- Event noise and crowd limits are subject to local regulations and property guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Haven Sports Farm House and its owners shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Injury or illness arising from use of property facilities.
- Interruptions in services due to force majeure events (power outages, natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the property.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
